No towel being provided. The floor very dirty. The toilet smells awful.

I have traveled extensively and experienced a wide range of accommodations, understanding that standards vary from country to country. However, cleanliness is non-negotiable, and this place completely failed in that regard.From the moment I arrived, it was evident that hygiene was not a priority. The room was filthy—dust covering every surface, limescale buildup everywhere, and an overall sense of neglect. The worst part? I found a used toothbrush in the bathroom, a clear sign that proper cleaning had not been done.It’s one thing for a hotel to be old, but there is no excuse for it to be this dirty. Every corner of the room felt grimy, and there was an unmistakable musty smell, as if the place hadn’t been properly aired out in ages.This is, without a doubt, the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in—an absolute top contender for the worst travel experience I’ve had. Avoid at all costs.

There was lot of moul, so it was not possible to be a longer time in the room before you felt that you absolutely needed to get out of there. There was also no windows so you couldnt get in fresh air. We left the hotell directly upon arrival

Barely the reception contact, who should not have to assist with horrible conditions that can easily be changed.

Filthy uncleanness room. I moved to another sad room. That was maybe half cleaned. I now enjoy scratching at least 50 BED BUG BITES all over my body. Shame on the owners and double shame on Booking.com if you continue to keep them as a listing.

The staff member on duty was kind and helpful, apologised for the state of the room and offered a different one, but not a refund.

It was absolutely disgusting. It looked like nothing had been cleaned for a long time. Bugs were crawling in the bed. I didn’t stay, left within 5 minutes.

it was very budget. Bedding was washed, but stained and old. Weak AC, but enough not to die from the heat. Everything very very budget.

Location quite okay. The staff super friendly.

I got the 3rd Floor. Lift would be a great help for a 66 year old guest.

everything! the room was in a mess - mirror smashed, multiple holes in the wall, rubbish stickers all over the walls, extremely dirty bathroom, dirty floors. the whole place was very dirty and grotty. the shower had dirt all on the floor, the toilet was stained and hadn’t been cleaned. the whole place looked abandoned.the bed sheets hadn’t been changed, stains and hairs all in the bed, and ants! the whole place smelt very bad. we do not recommend this place at all.
